All Levels Cool Flow

We still kick it, but at a slower pace and without the heat. Our signature Cool Flow class is a total body 60 minute workout with a chill vibe.

 

Challenging standing poses, sun salutations, backbends, balancing, twists, and hip openers in every class! Modification are always offered, so this class is suitable for most students, from beginners to advanced. Each class has a theme or focus to keep your practice evolving.

Happy Hips & Hamstrings

This is a great class for beginners and for people who are looking for a slower, more foundational flow.

In this class, you will be guided through a practice that will feel amazing in your body and leave you feeling complete.

You will experience longer holds, intentional breath and a mindful flow.Whether your hamstrings are stiff or loose, this class will target them like no other. Perfect for athletes, runners, computer users, and anyone who needs better hamstring flexibility. Happy Hamstrings moves through a careful, efficient flow that gradually moves into deeper hamstring stretches, releasing them slowly and effectively. Hurts so good!

80s Hot Hits Express 

This is an 80s Yoga Jam! Get your workout done early, and have fun jamming out to some retro 80s music. This class is an express power flow class, the room is hot and we move fast. This hot hits class is sure to wake you up and turn on your good vibes for the day!

Candle Light YIN Deep Stretch

Candlelight Yin is YOUR chance to let go of today. To rest and unwind, so you can start tomorrow fresh and rejuvenated! This is a cool slow stretch class with soft music and glowing candles to calm the senses and soothe the soul.

Happy Hour Yin

Happy Hour YIN is a time to let loose and chill.

Enjoy a slow deep stretch class designed to increase range of motion and relieve joint pain. This class is perfect for athletic recovery or someone nursing an injury.

Power Up / Power Down (Warm)

Power Up/Power Down (Warm)

The first half of the class you will be moved through a vigorous, hot, SWEATY, power vinyasa yoga experience to create STRENGTH. The second half of the class you will consist of slow deep YIN stretches to experience sweet SURRENDER.

This class will be paired with an inspiring playlist to awaken you to new heights. This class is ideal to balance out your YANG/YIN energies. You will leave empowered, detoxed and deeply relaxed.

Bring Water this class is warm and is set to 90 degrees.

Foam Rolling Yin

A myofascial technique designed to encourage lean muscle development and reduce inflammation. Combined with slow Yin stretches, this class is perfect for athletic conditioning.

Hot Power Core

Power Yoga with a greater focus on your deep core - your guts! your truth! This class helps you plug in, CONNECT, and live from your strongest, clearest center. CORE EXERCISES are threaded throughout the class. All levels welcome; modifications encouraged. Heated room, 90 degrees.

Hot Power Flow

Move and Be Moved. Inspire your body, mind, and soul with this powerful, heated practice. Classes are Baptiste inspired. All-levels. Modifications encouraged.

Note: You are responsible for maintaining a healthy level of hydration! Because you will be continuously sweating and losing fluids throughout asana practices, you should balance this by consistently taking in fluids. In addition to your normal water intake, we strongly suggest that you also drink electrolyte replenishment fluid daily. We have some electrolytes for sale, but it’s also crucial to have a good electrolyte intake BEFORE, DURING and AFTER your class.

A slow deep stretch class designed to increase range of motion and relieve joint pain. This class is perfect for athletic recovery.
